Private Class Policy

Private Lessons:
Lessons will be held weekly throughout the whole year.

30 minutes lesson: $30/class
45 minutes lesson: $45/class
60 minutes lesson: $60/class

Tuition Payments:

All tuition payment should be received in the first week
of lesson every month.
Lessons will not be given unless the payments are
cleared. There will be a $25 late fee if the payments are
10 days delayed.
Payment methods are cash and check only. Please
make all checks payable to ARIA Music Academy. There
is a $25 fee for each returned check.
Tuition is non-refundable and does not include the cost
of music books.

Please be Prompt:
Please plan accordingly to arrive for your lessons on time.
Teachers are not responsible for lost lesson time due to late
arrivals of the students.

Cancellations and Make-Up Lessons:

Please give at least 24-hour notice if you must cancel a
lesson. Every effort will be made to schedule a make-up
lesson, depending on the student's need and the
available time.
Last minute cancellations of ANY REASON and no-
shows will NOT be made up.
If a student has to take off for more than 2 weeks, s/he
will need to pay half of the tuition to reserve his/her spot,
and the tuition is non-refundable.
Each calendar year, students are allowed to cancel up
to 4 lessons If 24-hour prior notices are given. The
cancelled lessons will be either rescheduled or credited.
Cancellations beyond the fourth lesson will not be
rescheduled or credited. Please note, this policy does
not apply to ARIA Music Academy observed holidays
(see below).
Should a teacher be absent, a substitute teacher will be
provided. Teachers are also responsible to reschedule
the missed lessons with students directly. Otherwise, the
missed lessons will be credited.

Termination:
30 days advance notice is required for termination of lessons.
ARIA Music Academy reserves the right to remove any student
from the teaching schedule who does not meet the
requirements of any tuition policies.

Food and Drink:
NO Food or Drink during Class.

Labor Day (Sept)
Thanksgiving (Thursday)
Christmas (Dec 25th)
